Why Lagoon

We down sized our previous 3200 kg tandem caravan to a Lagoon Woodland single axle van eight months ago, with this being our first big trip out of Victoria. We are currently propped on the Gold Coast awaiting the Eastern Australian 1 in a 100 year rain event before returning to Victoria. We are safe, dry, comfortable and confident with the Woodland. The water tanks are full, the huge 194 lt 3 way fridge/freezer has enough supplies for a week and we can live off the grid if need be using our own ensuite and washing machine. Reflecting, we love the 3 way fridge freezer, if there is a power outage, it will just switch over to LPG. The new Ibis 4 air conditioner is quiet, effective and smooth in operation. The 2kg wall mounted front load washing machine is fine for just 2 persons and features a quick and quiet 15 minute cycle using about 14 litres of water per wash. Lagoon have used quality fixtures and fittings including a very comfortable QS bed. As Lagoon Caravans continue to grow as a solid manufacturer and systems are tweaked, the whole process of viewing vans, ordering, build and delivery will be streamlined. We found all staff from sales to choosing colours, to hand over, very helpful and friendly. We just love our Lagoon Woodland. It's easy to tow and park and is 700 kgs lighter than our previous van without foregoing any comfort and quality. It is a value for money product.
